How Crystal Accfin Was Founded

Rauf Yusifov has over 20 years of professional experience across Azerbaijan and Georgia, working in diverse business sectors including construction, manufacturing, trade, agriculture, insurance, banking, and consulting. Throughout his career, he has served in roles such as Accountant, Chief Accountant, CFO, and Financial Consultant. He holds international ACCA certifications and a local PMS certification, both achieved with distinction.

Over all those years, he witnessed the same reality time and again: the vast majority of businesses in Azerbaijan had either never set up a proper accounting system, had set one up incompletely, or had set it up incorrectly. Business owners had no idea where their money was going. Accountants produced reports, but those reports were never used as a basis for decisions. And tax risks quietly grew larger, unseen.

It was to fill exactly this gap that Crystal Accfin LLC was founded on October 10, 2019.

Crystal Accfin is located at Amay Business Centre, Baku. Alongside its business accounting and reporting services, the company also delivers training through ACCA, PMS, and its own Crystal Accfin certification programs.
